Role Overview:
In this dynamic role, you'll be a strategic partner, closely collaborating with business leaders to align HR strategies with the Group's objectives. Acting as a bridge between HR and the organization, your focus will be on delivering HR solutions to support business goals and drive performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices to support strategic growth.
- Provide thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
- Offer HR expertise and coaching in Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, Recruitment, and Retention.
- Act as a Change Agent and Strategic Partner in diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with the HR team to foster a culture of excellence and engagement.
- Develop, review, implement, and update internal HR policies and procedures.
- Design and implement career and personal development plans for staff.
Requirements:- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resources.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with advanced proficiency in English.
- Excellent judgment, sensitivity, and experience in a culturally diverse setting.
- Enthusiasm for the big picture and openness to alternative working methods.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
