Product Manager

The company plans to launch Euro and US denominated electronic money tokens (Tokens) compliant with MiCA regulations, developed on ERC20/BEP20 standards and deployed on Ethereum and BNB blockchain networks. Token lifecycle management, including minting, burning, and role assignment, is handled by audited smart contracts controlled by an administrator Wallet Address and secured using MPC technology. The proprietary platform interfaces with these contracts, facilitating seamless creation and redemption transactions. While initially targeting legal entities, both legal and natural persons have the ability to redeem Tokens at par value. Tokens will predominantly be available on centralised and decentralised exchanges, facilitated through relationships with market makers. The existing platform is ready for deployment but is not yet operational.
 
Product Manager/Owner Responsibilities:
 
As a Product Manager you will be responsible for developing and owning the product roadmap for our stablecoin issuance platform. You will be expected to assist with identifying new market opportunities and expanding the existing the product offering as per customer demands. You will work closely with the CEO, Head of Engineering and the technical team, as well as external stakeholders to define and deliver the product vision on time and in line with business requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience working across the payments industry and show an active interest in utilising blockchain as an underlying technology. 
 

• Product Development and Execution:
  • Manage the ideation, technical development, and launch of the stablecoin issuance platform
  • Lead the technical team in solution discovery, ensuring business requirements are accurately translated into technical implementation.
  • Document and define technical product specifications.
  • Collaborate with CEO and external stakeholders to clearly define the product vision and roadmap.

 

• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional tasks between engineering, design, compliance, business, operations and legal where required.
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the engineering team to ensure seamless product development and execution in line with best practices for software development.

 

• External Relationships Management:
  • Establish, manage, and maintain relationships with external technical parties. This includes overseeing security audits and managing collaborations with external development teams.

 

• Reporting and Accountability:
  • Conduct weekly sprint reviews with the CEO, ensuring transparency and accountability in product development progress.
  • Providing data-driven research on an ad hoc basis to keep up to date with the latest developments relating to the stablecoin industry.

 

• Documentation and Policies
  • Collaborate with the CEO and key stakeholders to establish statements of operating procedures (SOPs) relating to core internal processes within the company, including management of the reserves, creation and redemption, risk management frameworks and other such SOPs as required to support the day-to-day functioning of the stablecoin platform.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to support on external facing documentation in as much as it relates to the stablecoin platform, including the stablecoin whitepaper, FAQs and other documentation that may be required to support in the application of external licenses.
