Boston Link is representing a key player in the online-gambling industry based in Malta, seeking a talented Media Team Leader to join their dynamic team. This opportunity requires relocating to Malta to work with a leading company dedicated to innovative mobile design and digital marketing in the USA online-gambling market.

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Media Team Leader responsible for overseeing the Media Team and managing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across digital channels. This role involves collaborating with junior media buyers, developing campaign strategies, and ensuring campaign objectives align with company goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of media buyers, guiding them in campaign implementation and optimization.
  • Develop, launch, and manage digital media campaigns (CPM, CPC, CPI, CPL, CPA) for desktop and mobile channels.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns through testing, analysis, and targeting strategies.
  • Monitor budget allocations and bid parameters to achieve efficient results.
  • Compile reports and perform daily analysis to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs and adjust strategies to align with overall objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, identify opportunities, and explore new advertising channels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective communication and workflow.
  • Work closely with the Head of Operations to drive growth through paid advertising.
Requirements:
  • Relevant marketing or tech degree preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Display Network or Programmatic Display DSP.
  • Previous experience in a team leadership role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PI, Google Analytics (or equivalent), with strong analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a critical eye for campaign performance and data.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to flexible business hours if needed.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results.
