Our Client is a major iGaming brand with offices Globally.

We are searching for a skilled and proactive Global Director or Head of PPC to join our Client's Marketing team, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

You will work alongside:

● Global Director of SEO
● Global Director of Digital Marketing
● Global Director of Creatives
● Global Director of PPC

As the Global PPC Director (Global Head of PPC) you will be responsible for managing and continually optimizing a multi million dollar PPC budget across multiple countries and regions focusing on driving maximizing ROI and minimizing wastage. This role demands a seasoned professional who can work independently, drive actionable insights, and continually optimize campaigns for maximum impact across various regions.
You should be efficient and experiment, experiment, experiment to maximize ROI and minimize waste.

This is not a people management role. There will be resources and personnel available, but our expectation is a self-autonomous owner of the PPC function.

A key requirement of this role is understanding, presenting, and implementing PPC strategies that fit an established brand as opposed to start ups, and continuously experimenting, analyzing, and optimizing ROI and minimizing wastage.

In this role, you will manage the development and execution of comprehensive PPC marketing strategies, with a primary focus on driving qualified traffic, conversions, and revenue across global markets via Google Ads. Your key responsibilities include effectively managing a substantial monthly budget to meet performance objectives and ROI targets across diverse markets. Conducting in-depth keyword research, analysis, and optimization
will be crucial to maximizing campaign value and effectiveness.

Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will align search marketing efforts with broader business objectives and continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics. Your analytical mindset will guide testing and optimization strategies, ensuring optimal campaign performance and budget utilization.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a strong
understanding of PPC best practices. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

What you will do:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive PPC marketing strategies to drive qualified traffic, conversions, and revenue across global markets with a strong focus on Google Ads
  • Manage a substantial monthly budget, allocating funds effectively to achieve performance objectives and ROI targets across a number of markets
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, analysis, and optimization to maximize campaign value
  • Create compelling ad copy and landing page experiences tailored to diverse audiences and markets
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and implementing to gain continuous improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align search marketing efforts with broader business objectives
  • Employ an analytical mindset and approach to testing and trying positional placements versus ROI/ROAS, ensuring optimal campaign performance and budget utilization
What you must have:
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in PPC marketing, in a highly competitive and regulated field such as Gaming.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
  • Google Ads certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
