A well established iGaming company is looking to hire a Senior Compliance Officer to join their team in Malta. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Head of Compliance.
Responsibilities:- Monitor and implement new regulatory requirements.
- Assist with internal customer complaints.
- Investigate and draft responses to third parties.
- Review and update procedures; suggest and lead changes as needed.
- Draft policies.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Prepare management reports.
- Collect and report data for authorities.
- Review and draft terms and conditions.
- Conduct employee training on regulatory issues and policies.
- Assist in the ISO27001 or other Information Security Standard implementation and recertifications.
About you:- At least two years iGaming experience in a compliance role for European locally-regulated jurisdictions. Experience on the Dutch market will be considered as a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work under pressure with excellent time management skills.
- Working knowledge of Jira.
