In this dynamic position, you'll be responsible for reviewing, interpreting, and implementing regulatory requirements, while also developing, maintaining, and updating company policies, procedures, and terms and conditions.

You'll manage regulatory reports, collaborate with internal teams to drive change, and conduct thorough investigations. Additionally, you’ll address escalated complaints with third-party dispute resolution bodies and provide regulatory guidance to customer support and other departments.

We’re looking for a proactive and independent professional who can effectively advise and share insights with both the compliance team and the broader organisation.

Responsibilities:
  • Keep up with new regulatory requirements and follow up internally on their implementation
  • Provide assistance when dealing with customers’ complaints raised internally
  • Investigate and draft formal replies to third-party dispute resolution bodies or regulatory authorities
  • Review procedures and ensure that they are up to date; propose and drive changes thereof where necessary
  • Draft and review policies and terms and conditions
  • Assist with internal and external audits
  • Prepare reports for management
  • Collect data for reports required by relevant authorities
  • Prepare and deliver employee training on different regulatory issues and  Group’s policies and procedures
  • Participate in general company administration
  • Assist the Head of Compliance with the compilation of data and with recommendations for improvement to maintain compliance
About you:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance, preferably within the Swedish regulated gambling market
  • Excellent English and Swedish communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Effective analytical skills to assess risks, benefits, and impacts on the business and licences
  • Working knowledge of Jira is a plus
  • Familiarity with basic IT tools (eg Microsoft Word, Trello, Hiver, Google suite)
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. law, finance, business, economics) is preferred.
