Join our client's Compliance team and take a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to regulatory obligations within the Dutch market, under the guidance of the Kansspelautoriteit (Ksa). You’ll be at the forefront of reviewing, interpreting, and implementing licence requirements, while liaising with internal teams to gather data and drive compliance initiatives. This dynamic role also involves investigating and responding to complaints, managing submissions to regulatory authorities, and advising customer support and marketing teams on regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay updated on new regulatory requirements and ensure their implementation across the organisation.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and drafting formal responses to third-party queries.
  • Continuously review and update procedures, driving necessary changes to maintain compliance.
  • Develop and implement policies in line with regulatory standards.
  • Support internal and external audit processes and prepare management reports.
  • Collect and prepare data for reports submitted to regulatory authorities.
  • Review and update terms and conditions to ensure compliance.
  • Deliver training to employees on regulatory issues and company policies.
  • Contribute to general company administration and assist the Head of Compliance in data compilation and improvement recommendations.
  • Play a role in the ISO27001 or other Information Security Standard implementation and ongoing recertifications.
About You:
  • Fluency in Dutch with experience in regulated markets, particularly the Dutch market.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional time-management skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to assess risks, benefits, and impacts on licence maintenance.
  • Familiarity with Jira and basic IT tools is advantageous.
