A leading CSP is looking to hire an Assistant Accounting Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities: - Project Management: Overseeing major accounting projects to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
- Task Coordination: Planning and prioritizing tasks, managing resources for daily activities and long-term projects.
- Client Relationship Management: Building strong client relationships and maintaining open communication to manage expectations and meet deadlines.
- Staff Development: Managing staff performance, setting goals, and facilitating professional development and training.
- Training: Providing technical and ongoing training to junior staff members.
- Policy Enforcement: Establishing and maintaining proper accounting and tax methodologies and policies.
- Process Improvement: Assisting management in identifying inefficiencies and streamlining workflows for accurate financial reporting.
Requirements:- A University degree in accounting or ACCA or ACA qualified.
- At least 4 years’ experience in a client accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of the IFRS and GAPSME reporting standards.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Ability to manage and lead a team and review their work.
