What your day-to-day will look like:- Take full ownership of the live stream chat, becoming the voice of the brand.
- Direct users to customer support when needed, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Use your quick judgment to spot and address inappropriate behaviour—such as spamming, trolling, or harassment.
- Play a key role in fostering a fun and positive chat environment for all users.
- Get a taste of the industry and grow your skills in customer care and moderation.
Who we’re looking for:- You have excellent written skills in both Finnish and English.
- You're comfortable with chat platforms and basic online tools.
- You can keep calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with ease.
- A basic understanding of Responsible Gaming and online casino games would be a plus.
- You’re flexible and willing to work shifts, including nights, to keep the chat running smoothly.
