Responsibilities:

Manage client onboarding and assign risk factor in line with process and procedures.
Day-to-day servicing of the client portfolio.
Effective and timely management of all renewals.
Support in obtaining quotations both for new and renewal business.
Support in the preparation of market and client documentation.
Deal effectively with queries, including but not limited to changes in cover and risk.
Prompt and accurate resolution of account queries.

Requirements:

Previous experience in insurance industry.
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
Time management, prioritization, and ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to build and maintain business relationships.
Negotiation and persuasion skills.
Highly motivated with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, or similar software.
