As a Customer Service & Fraud Executive, you will be a key member of the team, responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring account security, and identifying potential fraud risks. You will handle queries via email and live chat, working closely with other departments to maintain the highest standards of service and compliance.
Responsibilities- Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Fraud Prevention: Monitor risk triggers and ensure that any suspicious activity is dealt with according to company procedures.
- Player Interaction: Proactively contact players to check on their betting and gaming habits, ensuring responsible gambling and customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Responsible Gaming, Compliance, Marketing, and CRM, to ensure a smooth operation and alignment with company policies.
- Record Keeping: Accurately log all actions and interactions for future reference, reporting, and audit needs.
What We’re Looking For- Fluency in German (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills in English
