Our client is an international leader in software and hardware development, with offices in the US, Israel, and Ukraine. Their core products focus on the gambling industry, offering innovative and patented solutions that enable the remote operation of physical electronic gaming machines (Slots/Tables/etc.), streaming the gaming experience directly to users.

Recently acquired by a large U.S. firm, the company is rapidly expanding its team to meet global distribution and revenue targets. As part of this growth, they are constructing multiple studios across various global jurisdictions to host, maintain, and broadcast their products.

We are seeking an experienced Slot Technician to play a key role in all aspects of studio construction, EGM (Electronic Gaming Machine) storage, maintenance, placement, movement, game theme conversions, and related compliance processes.

Successful Candidates will:
  • Be willing to travel frequently as needed;
  • Obtain all necessary licenses and certifications from local regulatory bodies;
  • Have expertise in understanding regulated environments and required operating procedures;
  • Hold technical certifications from all major gaming manufacturers in the relevant state/region.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and schedule all preventative maintenance measures;
  • Provide technical expertise and resolve any issues with the solution;
  • Be on-site in the studio for on-call technical support, machine movements, and game theme conversions;
  • Maintain detailed cataloging and accounting of all inventories, including machines and spare parts;
  • Procure necessary repair materials;
  • Conduct scheduled machine inspections for compliance and auditing purposes;
  • Accurately assess and estimate repair needs;
  • Deliver excellent customer service, effectively communicating with operator clients regarding EGM failures and their resolution.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience working with Electronic Gaming Machines in the gaming industry;
  • In-depth knowledge of EGM products from all major game manufacturers;
  • Experience with game theme conversions;
  • Technical repair certifications from major game manufacturers;
  • Strong accounting and auditing skills related to compliance and inventory management.
