BI Analyst

Our client is an international leader in software and hardware development, with offices in the U.S., Israel, and Ukraine. Their core products focus on the gambling industry, offering innovative and patented solutions that enable the remote operation of physical electronic gaming machines (Slots/Tables/etc.), streaming the gaming experience directly to users.

Recently acquired by a large U.S. firm, the company is rapidly expanding its team to meet global distribution and revenue targets. As part of this growth, they are constructing multiple studios across various global jurisdictions to host, maintain, and broadcast their products.

The Role:

As a BI Analyst, you will be essential in leveraging data to uncover valuable insights that shape our client's business strategies and improve customer experiences. This position requires a combination of technical skills and analytical thinking, offering a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the Gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced data analysis to interpret and analyse complex data sets;
• Extract actionable insights and provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making;
• Develop and maintain sophisticated data models to improve data accuracy, reporting, and analytics;
• Conduct statistical analyses and create predictive models to forecast business trends and outcomes;
• Design and implement A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field;
• Experience as a BI Analyst or a similar role, with a strong focus on data visualisation and presentation;
• Proven ability to deliver impactful insights and solutions through data analysis;
• Expertise in data analysis, with strong skills in interpreting and communicating insights;
• Proficient in cloud-based BI solutions such as Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling;
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and related data services is a plus;
• Experience in data extraction, manipulation, and working with data lakehouses, particularly with gold layer architectures;
• Knowledge of data integration and ETL processes.
