Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers in Danish via live chat, email, and phone.
  • Solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction while following company policies.
  • Turn customer complaints into positive experiences using a customer-first approach.
What You’ll Need:
  • Fluent Danish (reading, writing, and speaking) is a must!
  • Ability to work independently but also be a great team player.
  • Enthusiasm and self-motivation to tackle every day.
  • Solid organisational and communication skills.
