Key responsibilities:
- Ensure reconciliations for bank accounts, suppliers and commissions earned are done correctly by other team members;
- Ensure that all audit work papers are filed accordingly;
- Assess debtors recoverability from reports provided by Finance Officers;
- Assist the Finance Manager by providing necessary report;
- Prepare reports for Management on a monthly basis in terms of actual vs budget spend;
- Reconcile ongoing and initial commission to expectations;
- Involvement in Audits for all group companies;
- Reconcile prepayments and accruals lists on an ongoing basis;
- Prepare Management Accounts for entities the individual will be responsible for
- Liaise directly with Accountants in other countries we operate
- Prepare management accounts for group small companies

Essential:
- Experience in financial services in a similar position; and
- Diploma in Accountancy (F Stages Completed in ACCA)
- Fluent in English
- Very good excel skills
