Performing the annual operational risk management cycle,
Leading and further developing the non-financial risk management area covering all core risk management elements including identification, measurement, monitoring, control and reporting of all material operational risks the company is exposed to
Supporting the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) in the execution of the regulated risk management function, the advisory role to the Board of Directors, and the mirroring of the Group CRO function
Performing the annual operational risk management cycle, including the implementation of the operational risk and control system (ORCS) and the assessment of the operational risk scenarios
Performing the annual risk management cycle for other non-financial risks, including business continuity, information security, outsourcing to third parties, delegated authority, Individual Data Processing (IDP), and environmental, social and governance (ESG) risks
Qualitative risk management and risk analyses, including identification of emerging risks and management of risk events
Contributing to the use test of the capital model for the non-financial risks, including performing stress and scenario testing and providing risk opinions on risk-taking decisions under consideration of the risk bearing capacity of the Company
Contributing to the regulatory and internal risk reporting cycles
Fulfilling regulatory requirements, in particular DORA, ad-hoc studies, and participating in projects
Ensuring ongoing appropriate risk governance by maintaining documentation and approval procedures
Managing stakeholders and the wider embedment of the non-financial risk management framework at local as well as at group level
YOUR PROFILE
University degree in a relevant discipline and/or professional insurance, risk management, information security or relevant qualifications
At least two years of professional experience with non-financial risks
Familiarity with IT concepts and a desire to develop your skills and knowledge in this area
Strong leadership skills with ability to manage change and intercultural differences
Strong communication skills, able to present complex matters logically and with transparency, and to provide high-quality reporting tailored to management needs
Experience in dealing with supervisory authorities in the financial services industry are an advantage
Working collaboratively and effectively in an international group dynamic and in a hybrid set-up
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills combined with the ability to explain and present on senior management level
