The Job:

We are seeking enthusiastic and people-centric individuals for the role of European Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Malta. You’ll work in our sunny Malta offices, with breathtaking seaside views, assisting loyal customers through email, live chat, and phone support. About the Role:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be responsible for providing personalized, positive support to our customers via Live Chat, phone, and email. With 10 weeks of classroom and on-the-job training, you’ll be equipped to handle a wide variety of customer account queries in a multicultural and energetic environment. You'll also collaborate with internal teams to ensure the best customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offering exceptional customer support via live chat, email, and phone.
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Using internal tools to provide efficient customer service.
  • Staying up to date with policies, procedures, and regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Fluent or native-level communication in Danish OR Dutch
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • A team player who loves solving problems and coming up with creative ideas to enhance the customer experience.
  • Literacy and numeracy skills with a strong work ethic.
