Our client a multi-licensed, multi-asset fintech group with a number of physical offices worldwide and a fantastic innovative and tech savvy team, is looking to onboard a Head of PR and Branding, to be based in their office in Bucharest.

Operating for almost 10 years they are experiencing vast growth, gaining ground in international markets and growing their teams locally and internationally. Due to recent great investment, the hiring of a key professional to undertake the Global PR and branding became vital for the company's strategic growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive PR and branding strategy throughout the group
  • Manage and mentor a team of PR and branding professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability
  • Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and strategic partners to enhance our visibility and reputation
  • Coordinate brand presence across all channels, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity
  • Oversee the execution of sponsorship deals and collaborations, maximizing brand exposure and engagement
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to adapt and refine branding efforts
  • Prepare and manage the PR and branding budget
  • Serve as the brand ambassador, ensuring all internal and external communications reflect the company's values

 
Skills and experience needed:
 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in PR and branding, with at least 5 years of experience
    in a leadership role, in the fintech or financial services industry
  • Strong network of media and industry contacts
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex
    concepts in a compelling, straightforward manner
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, driving both strategy and execution
  • Deep understanding of the global fintech landscape, regulatory considerations, and market dynamics
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced,
    dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, and data-driven decision-making
