Your role
  
  • Convert existing leads and partners into new business opportunities.
  • Manage and own a business development pipeline, consistently delivering above-expected results.
  • Plan and prioritize sales activities and B2B relationships to achieve agreed business goals.
  • Conduct regular performance management calls with partners.
  • Develop new B2B leads through market research, networking events, social selling, marketing campaigns, and other suitable methods.
  • Establish and maintain trust relationships with a portfolio of partners to ensure client relationship excellence and generate long-lasting partnerships.
  • Maintain and develop existing partner relationships through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, relevant internal liaisons, to optimize service quality, business growth, and client satisfaction.
  • Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally to ensure timely delivery of correct products and services to partners.
  • Provide input into future sales vision, including new markets, products, customers, and business strategies.
  • Meet monthly and annual sales targets set with management.
  • Identify market opportunities and monitor competition developments.
  • Prepare regular progress and forecast reports for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
  
About you:
  
  • Background in institutional business development.
  • Over 2 years of experience selling investment solutions to financial institutions, institutional clients, wealth management firms, call centers, family offices, and private investors.
  • Experience working in the financial sector and with institutional clients (e.g., call centers, asset managers, hedge funds, introducing brokers, insurance companies, commercial banks, central banks, pension funds, wealth management firms, mutual funds, and family offices).
  • A valid business contact network to build a sales pipeline and close deals.
  • Proven experience in sales and strategic account management, providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Highly motivated for sales (hunting and new business development) with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills.
  • A drive to succeed and exceed targets, with an overachiever mentality.
