Our client a multi-licensed, multi-asset fintech group with a number of physical offices worldwide and a fantastic innovative and tech savvy team, is looking to onboard a Social Media Manager to be based in their office in Bucharest.

Operating for almost 10 years they are experiencing vast growth at this stage, gaining ground in international markets and growing their teams locally and internationally.  

Duties and Responsibilities: 


• Performing research on existing groups / communities / channels where the brand could be
promoted to clients, for different social media channels
• Designing and implementing a social media strategy to be aligned with business goals
• Setting specific objectives 
• Generating, editing, publishing and sharing engaging content daily
• Monitor KPIs and metrics
• Collaborating with other teams and departments to ensure communication and brand consistency
• Communicating with followers, responding to comments and queries in a timely manner and monitoring
customer reviews
• Suggesting and implementing new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and
competitions
• Staying up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
• Performing research on current trends and audience preferences
 
Skills and Experience needed:

• +2 years proven work experience as a Social Media Manager
• Hands on experience in content management
• Previous experience in trading/ fintech industry would be an advantage
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and multitasking skills
