The Role:

As the Head of Risk, you'll be immersed in one of the most dynamic industries, collaborating with expert teams utilizing cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor market conditions and advise on strategic changes in business operations based on emerging risks.
  • Implement internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Develop a risk management strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Recommend appropriate insurance coverage to safeguard against potential losses.
  • Analyze data to assess risks associated with new products or services.
  • Provide guidance to other departments on risk management practices.
  • Foster a culture of risk awareness among employees.
  • Implement and integrate trading platforms with Back Office systems.
Your Profile:
  • Hold a University Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or Risk Management.
  • Possess Basic or Advanced Certification from the Cyprus Securities & Exchange Commission.
  • Have at least 6 years of experience in risk management, insurance, or actuarial management.
  • Demonstrated understanding of financial market regulations.
  • Knowledge of financial and capital markets is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
