Our client, a multi-regulated broker with offices in Cyprus, UAE, Romania, and other international locations, is looking to hire a Senior Recruiter for their office in Romania. The company has recently made significant investments, increasing the volume of work and exposure to different markets, along with the need for skilled and professional hires.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a full recruitment process to ensure the efficient and effective acquisition of top talent. This role involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
  
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Working and communicating effectively with hiring managers and HR partners to understand business needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
  • Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to senior management.
  • Providing ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and capabilities.
  • Ensuring proactive communication with managers involved in the recruitment and selection process to determine the specific requirements of vacant positions and ensuring all information in the job description and candidate profile is understood.
  • Overseeing the internal and external publishing process (through all available media) accurately.
  • Managing the receipt of all internal and external candidate applications and maintaining the database in a correct and professional manner.
  • Performing preliminary screening of all applications to align candidate skills and experience with the requirements of each vacant role.
  
  
Skills and Experience Needed:
  • Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience
  • Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment lifecycle and achieving hiring goals.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and interview methods.
  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
