Our client a multi-licensed, multi-asset fintech group with a number of physical offices worldwide and a fantastic innovative and tech savvy team, is looking to onboard an IT Project Manager, to be based in their office in Bucharest.
Operating for almost 10 years they are experiencing vast growth, gaining ground in international markets and growing their teams locally and internationally. If you are a Project Manager with experience and understanding in the fintech world and you are able to manage stakeholders and organise IT tasks with attention to detail, this role might be for you!
Duties and responsibilities:- Create detailed IT project plans to monitor and track IT projects.
- Effectively manage multiple IT projects at the same time and delivering the business objectives within pre-set management timeframes.
- Ensure company resource availability and allocation.
- Define which methods are more efficient for our teams to deliver the results the stakeholders are expecting.
- Perform risk management and assessment to minimize project risks.
- Create workflows for the IT Project Management department.
Skills and experience needed:- Have at least 2 years of experience in managing IT projects spanning multiple departments and business areas utilizing a range of methodologies such as agile,scrum etc.
- Have Business workflow experience (Jira experience is a bonus).
- Have a deep understanding of fundamental management methods behind scalable businesses.
- Be an organized person that can keep an updated, basic, working knowledge of core products in our company, ensuring the team does the same.
- Have a PMI certification (for example, PMP or PMI ACP, or PRINCE 2).
