Retention Team Manager Location: Reallocation to Romania

With a dynamic global team of 400+ professionals, they are on an accelerated growth path. As a Retention Team Manager, you'll lead a team ensuring client satisfaction and product engagement.
Your role:- Control the team responsible for contacting existing clients to provide information and assistance on the company’s products, campaigns, and services.
- Monitor team activity to ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulations.
- Manage staff operational requirements by scheduling tasks, assigning duties, and following up on work results.
- Recruit, orient, and train employees at a national level.
- Maintain work standards through coaching, planning, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Contribute to team effort by achieving desired results.
- Facilitate communication with the support department to streamline processes.
- Assist Marketing in developing future promotion strategies and provide feedback for improvement.
- Plan and execute team events such as webinars, seminars, and expos.
- Motivate the team to achieve and surpass their KPIs.
About you:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years experience as a Team Manager.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office.
