About the role:
- Regulatory Reporting: Draft, review, and monitor the reporting deadlines of CIF and CASP entities to ensure compliance.
- Legislation Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on new and existing legislation and CySEC Circulars, ensuring CIF and CASP entities comply with all applicable regulations.
- Compliance Support: Assist the Regulatory Compliance team in drafting annual compliance reports, manuals, and other policies, ensuring adherence to current regulations.
- Audit Assistance: Participate in internal audit engagements, conduct on-site inspections, and provide recommendations to address identified weaknesses and deficiencies.
- Training Support: Collaborate with the Education team to prepare training materials relevant to applicable regulatory frameworks.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in law, business, or a related field.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- 1+ years of experience in a regulatory compliance-related role is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
