A global leader in financial services is seeking an AML Analyst to specialize in asset servicing solutions for the alternative investment industry. The company offers fund administration, governance and compliance, and middle office solutions to clients including hedge funds, private equity firms, real estate investors, and institutional banks.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain Client Due Diligence (CDD) files.
• Perform risk-based assessments and report suspicious behavior.
• Review CDD documentation in coordination with Client Lifecycle Management Teams.
• Keep Client Registers up-to-date and maintain all CDD documents.
• Investigate and verify matches and trade alerts.
• Respond to AML Team queries promptly.
• Communicate effectively with various entities and departments.
• Support the AML Supervisor and Manager in AML/KYC matters.
• Assist in implementing AML tools and updating internal systems.

Qualifications:

• Solid knowledge of AML legislation and regulations in Malta.
• Degree in business, banking, or finance with a minimum of 2 years of AML experience.
• Team player with strong responsibility, proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Excellent communication, writing, and time management skills.
