They are currently seeking to recruit a Head of Acquisition to join their growing team based in Malta. 

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Development:
  • Leverage data insights to create and maintain the company's acquisition strategy across various marketing channels, including affiliates, SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, and video;
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging online marketing trends and incorporate them into business strategies and workflows.
Campaign Management:
  • Lead the execution of multi-channel, multi-territory, and cross-brand acquisition campaigns from concept to launch;
  • Optimize creative assets and landing pages continuously to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS);
  • Drive the creative campaign process in collaboration with the design and retention teams.
Budget Management:
  • Oversee the online marketing budget, ensuring a positive ROI across all acquisition channels;
  • Track, analyze, and report on key customer acquisition performance indicators.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and guide the acquisition team to drive new customer acquisition through multiple channels;
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and high performance within the team.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the CRM team to align on retention and reactivation strategies, ensuring shared goals are met;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates and partners.
KPI Ownership:
  • Registrations, FTDs (First-Time Deposits), Conversion Rates;
  • Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI);
  • Return on Ad Spend(ROAS).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field;
  • A minimum of two years in a similar role and at least five years in a senior acquisition role within a fast-paced environment.
