They are currently seeking to recruit a
Head of Acquisition to join their growing team based in Malta.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic Development:- Leverage data insights to create and maintain the company's acquisition strategy across various marketing channels, including affiliates, SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, and video;
- Stay up-to-date with emerging online marketing trends and incorporate them into business strategies and workflows.
Campaign Management:- Lead the execution of multi-channel, multi-territory, and cross-brand acquisition campaigns from concept to launch;
- Optimize creative assets and landing pages continuously to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS);
- Drive the creative campaign process in collaboration with the design and retention teams.
Budget Management:- Oversee the online marketing budget, ensuring a positive ROI across all acquisition channels;
- Track, analyze, and report on key customer acquisition performance indicators.
Team Leadership:- Lead, mentor, and guide the acquisition team to drive new customer acquisition through multiple channels;
- Foster a culture of collaboration and high performance within the team.
Cross-functional Collaboration:- Work closely with the CRM team to align on retention and reactivation strategies, ensuring shared goals are met;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates and partners.
KPI Ownership:- Registrations, FTDs (First-Time Deposits), Conversion Rates;
- Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI);
- Return on Ad Spend(ROAS).
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a technical field;
- A minimum of two years in a similar role and at least five years in a senior acquisition role within a fast-paced environment.
