Campaign Delivery Manager

They are currently looking to recruit a Campaign Delivery Manager to join their growing team based in Malta.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain the central campaign calendar;
• Manage campaign briefings and ensure clear communication;
• Allocate and monitor tasks to maximize workforce efficiency;
• Plan and manage production timelines for smooth execution;
• Collaborate with marketing, design, content, VIP, support, and reporting teams;
• Ensure quality control and brand consistency across all campaigns;
• Track, report, and assess staff performance, making adjustments as necessary;
• Optimize workflows and resources to improve productivity;
• Provide feedback on team performance and address delays or bottlenecks;
• Organize campaign assets and ensure timely delivery of campaigns;
• Analyze team productivity and outcomes for continuous improvement;
• Schedule and manage external resources when needed;
• Implement and maintain effective campaign processes.

KPI Ownership:

• Staff efficiency in marketing production resources;
• Timely execution of campaigns from concept to publication.

Requirements:

• A-Level or higher;
• Minimum of two years in a strategic casino role;
• Proven experience in campaign management;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Ability to work under tight deadlines;
• Familiarity with marketing tools and software;
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to set clear expectations for staff;
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets;
• Strong discipline with a focus on structure and process;
• An open, creative mindset.
