A leading iGaming company is looking for Finance Executives to join their team. This is a super opportunity to take the first steps into the iGaming sector.
  
Location: Paceville, Malta
  
Salary: Up to EUR 30,000
  
Work Pattern: Initially on-site until you learn the company processes and are able to work independently. Following this, the role is very much hybrid.
  
  
Responsibilities:

• Carry out PSP balances on a daily basis
• Daily Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliations of financial transactions and PSPs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Identify Discrepancies: Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records, highlighting potential issues to the finance team.
• Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and irregularities, providing insights to improve financial processes.
• Communication: Collaborate effectively with internal teams to obtain necessary information and resolve reconciliation discrepancies promptly.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of reconciliation processes, procedures, and outcomes.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and work with the team to implement streamlined reconciliation processes.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must. Knowledge of reconciliation tools is considered an advantage.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large sets of data accurately.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to the Management.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
