In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for Finnish-speaking customers, providing an exceptional experience on the platform and helping to create a safe and enjoyable environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch support and resolve queries for Finnish and English-speaking players via live chat and email.
- Guide customers through the website, assisting with navigation, account setup, and account management.
- Work closely with teams such as Payments & Fraud to ensure a secure gaming environment.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to internal teams, helping improve services and user experience.
What We’re Looking For- Fluency in Finnish and English; additional languages are an asset.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the iGaming industry or a similarly fast-paced online sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
