A well established company in the financial services industry is looking to hire a Head of Finance and Administration. The selected candidate will be reporting to the Managing Director.
Requirements:- Manage daily finance operations and support the Operations team.
- Submit financial reports promptly, escalating issues as needed.
- Execute head office requests and meet performance targets.
- Oversee audits and ensure accurate financial analysis and planning.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and regulatory reports.
- Submit tax documents and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Advise the General Manager on financial decisions.
- Build client and provider relationships to strengthen brand loyalty.
- Ensure timely provider payments and manage admin team efficiency.
- Oversee payroll for accurate, timely salary payments.
Requirements:- Fully qualified Accountant with minimum 3 years experience.
- Excellent command in English language.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
