Our client, a very well established fintech group with operations expanding globally and several licenses in a number of different jurisdictions, is looking to hire a professional and experienced Head of EU Sales to add strategic value with the company's further growth and development. 
 
The company has invested a respectable amount in strategic expansion, and a Head of EU sales you will be playing a pivotal role in the Company's success. The group expands with offices from Romania, Cyprus, UAE, South Africa, and other satellite locations

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensures that the team contacts existing clients and offers information, assistance regarding the Company’s products, campaigns, and services
  • Ensures the team promptly addresses queries and provides customer feedback swiftly.
  • Explains, trains and ensures that the team is following and is knowledgeable about new and existing regulatory requirements
  • Ensures that all clients receive high-quality information about the Company’s products and maintains customer satisfaction
  • Ensures that the team is presenting the risks involved in the clients experience in trading
  • Ensures that the team does not use unethical ways to discuss and approach clients as well as ensures the team provides useful information and insights in a professional manner without providing investment advice
  • Ensures that the team keeps up with proper means of communication with the clients according to the company protocols and regulatory requirements
  • Ensures that the team always uses professional and polite manner 
  • Ensures that the team acts fairly in relation to clients, offers complete information about products, explains and identifies where the client can find the necessary information on the company’s website
  • Completes staff operational requirements by scheduling and assigning tasks to employees; follows up on work results
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge
  • Establishes personal networks
  • Contributes to team effort and leading by example by accomplishing good personal results
  • Liaises with other departments in constructing a better product and provides feedback
  • Offers strategic input in the automation processes and projects, policies and general customer flow and experience
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Manager or in a similar leadership role in the financial markets industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial services industry, market dynamics and regulatory environment 
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate teams
  • In constant need of evolving and using new technologies
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills for handling challenges and improving team performance.
  • Strong team player 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred.
