Your Role:
  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute the overall PPC and acquisition strategy. Define long-term goals and KPIs for the team and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Manage the PPC team, including Team Leads and specialists. Conduct regular meetings, provide mentorship, and implement training programs to drive performance.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Plan, allocate, and monitor advertising budgets. Ensure efficient use of financial resources and provide detailed campaign performance reports.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Implement automation tools and innovative approaches to optimize campaign performance.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with Product, SEO, SMM, Email, and Sales teams to ensure strategic alignment and maximize campaign results.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Track competitor activities, market trends, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead in the PPC field.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all campaigns comply with industry standards, platform policies, and internal quality standards.
  • Innovation & Crisis Management: Test new tools and technologies for process optimization and automation. Develop action plans for crisis management and unforeseen circumstances.
  
About You:
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing with a strong focus on PPC, growth marketing, or user acquisition.
  • Demonstrated expertise (2+ years) in the FinTech sector.
  • Leadership experience managing and mentoring a team of digital marketers, including setting goals and tracking performance metrics.
  • Experience in managing large-scale advertising budgets and overseeing complex, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Expert knowledge of PPC platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and tools for campaign management and optimization.
  • Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in crisis management and developing contingency plans for high-pressure situations.
  • A passion for innovation and continuous improvement, always looking for new ways to optimize performance.
