Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer with a strong background in creating visual elements from scratch and proficiency in 3D design. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for innovation, and the ability to transform complex concepts into visually appealing designs.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop original graphics, illustrations, and 3D models for various platforms, including web, mobile, and social media.
• Brand Development: Ensure consistency in visual branding across all company materials and platforms.
• Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the marketing, development, and product teams to create cohesive and impactful designs.
• Conceptualization: Translate complex ideas and concepts into visually engaging graphics and 3D elements.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate modern design practices into your work.
• Feedback Incorporation: Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders to ensure the final product meets all requirements.

  
Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating elements from scratch and 3D design.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and 3D modeling tools (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.).
• Creativity: Strong artistic skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to overcoming design challenges.

  
Preferred Skills:

• Experience with animation and motion graphics.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with blockchain and cryptocurrency concepts.
