Responsibilities:

Provide advise on Corporate and Trust matters and ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory standards.
Act as the main point of contact for legal inquiries regarding the company’s operations, offering advice and support on a variety of legal matters.
Prepare, review, and revise corporate documents, commercial contracts, and company policies to align with business goals.
Work in close partnership with the Director overseeing legal affairs to help shape the company’s legal strategy and framework.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in a comparable position, preferably within the corporate or financial services industry.
In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance standards.
Expertise in preparing and evaluating legal documents with exceptional attention to detail.
