As the Head of Affiliations, you will design and implement affiliate strategies to drive user acquisition, ensure partner satisfaction, and enhance the brand's presence in the target regions. If you have a proven track record in affiliate marketing within the gaming or blockchain space, this role could be your next challenge.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy tailored to many countries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates, providing them with the tools and support needed for success.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates to expand the program.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between affiliate activities and broader marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, ensuring campaigns are ROI-positive and meet KPIs.
  • Develop incentives, promotions, and campaigns to boost affiliate engagement and acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines in all affiliate activities, particularly across the target markets.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitors to keep the affiliate program ahead of the curve.
  
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within gaming, blockchain, or fintech industries.
  • Proven track record of managing successful affiliate programs across multiple regions.
  • Excellent knowledge of European markets, especially Sweden, Germany, Denmark, Finland, Greece, and Italy.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the target markets are a strong advantage
