About the Role As the Head of Sports Products, you’ll oversee the performance, growth, and strategy of a portfolio of Sports products. Your business understanding, leadership skills, and data-driven approach will create the success of the Sports vertical while empowering your team to shine.
Key Responsibilities: - Portfolio Management: Oversee and drive the performance of products in the Sports vertical, ensuring KPIs and profitability (P&L) targets are met.
- Strategic Growth: Contribute to the vision and growth strategy for the portfolio, aligning with market trends and user needs.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use business, market, and user data (qualitative and quantitative) to inform and refine strategies.
- SEO Expertise: Leverage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to contribute to portfolio success.
- Revenue Opportunities: Identify strategic sales and revenue opportunities to maximize growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team, including a Product Manager, SEO Manager, and Content Team, to achieve business goals.
- Agile Development: Embrace an iterative and lean product development mindset, focusing on all user journey stages (acquisition, activation, revenue, and retention).

- Data Expertise: Proficiency in tools like PowerBI, GA4, and Hotjar to analyze and optimize performance.
- SEO Knowledge: Skilled in tools like Ahrefs, Search Console, and advanced SEO strategies.
- Agile Mindset: Hands-on experience in agile and lean product management, focusing on user-driven solutions.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English; proficiency in Swedish is a plus.
- Relevant Experience: Background in affiliation or the sports iGaming industry is highly advantageous.
- Experimentation (CRO): Familiarity with testing and optimization strategies is preferred.
