Position Overview:

As a Junior Designer, you will report to the Design Manager and play a key role in creating eye-catching marketing materials for various channels, including social media, web, emails, and acquisition platforms. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll be expected to support the brand by delivering top-quality designs that meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Design Manager and Marketing team to turn creative ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Ensure design consistency across all marketing materials while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Organize, update, and create design templates for internal use, enabling the team to create branded content quickly.
• Produce high-quality, on-brand final content.
• Work independently as well as within a team to solve creative challenges.
• Share new design techniques and insights to foster a culture of learning and creativity within the team.

Key Requirements:

• Strong understanding of design principles and experience adhering to brand guidelines.
• A diverse portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and technical skills.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Attention to detail with solid typographic skills and a flair for design.
• Strong motion graphic skills.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
