A major player in the local FMCG sector is looking for an HR Assistant for part of its existing HR team. You will be assisting the HR Manager in overseeing over 600+ staff with an organization that is rapidly growing. 

 
Salary 
Up to EUR 33,000

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the daily operations of HR team
  • Assisting HR with the process of recruitment, including vetting candidates, working with external recruitment agencies, assisting with interviews and issuing employment contracts
  • Use HR databases to review, input and keep track of employee information
  • Assist with payroll processes
  • Manage the company’s various employee benefits programmes
  • Take ownership of HR policies and procedures and ensuring they remain up to date
  • Compiling and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records, including holiday and sickness leaves
  • Overseeing HR events and meetings and coordinating management-employee communications
  • Participate in the organizing and scheduling of company events including participating in the event committee.
  
Requirements and skills
  • Minimum of 2x years in an HR role
  • BSc in Human Resources, Management or other relevant fields will be seen as a plus
  • Organizational skills and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
