Our client is a continuously innovative fintech and brokerage firm with advanced trading tools and revolutionary product offering, are looking for an experienced Head of Growth to add further strategic value on their new path. They are experiencing a period of change whilst implementing their new vision. The client has been in the market for 9-10 years and they have offices in several locations incl Cyprus, UAE, Chile and more

The successful candidate must be an experienced people manager and to have extensive working exposure to User Acquisition. The Head of Growth will be managing 3 subdepartments, SEO, UA and Affiliates.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing the overall PPC and acquisition strategy. Defining long-term goals and KPIs for the team and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Managing subdepartments such as SEO, User Acquisition and Affiliates. Whilst implementing the right management tools, incentives and creating needed trainings.
• Planning, allocating, and monitoring advertising budgets. Ensuring efficient use of financial resources and providing detailed campaign performance reports.
• Analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Implementing automation tools and innovative approaches to optimize campaign performance.
• Coordinating and liaising with several involved departments such as Product and Sales teams to ensure strategic alignment whilst maximizing campaign results.
• Ensuring all campaigns comply with industry standards, platform policies, and internal quality standards.
• Testing new tools and technologies for process optimization and automation. 

Skills and experience needed:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing with a strong focus on growth marketing and  user acquisition.
• Demonstrated expertise (2+ years) in the FinTech sector preferably in CFD and brokerage.
• Leadership experience managing and mentoring a team of digital marketers, including setting goals and tracking performance metrics.
• Experience in managing large-scale advertising budgets and overseeing complex, multi channel campaigns.
• Expert knowledge of PPC platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and tools for campaign management and optimization.
• Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in crisis management and developing contingency plans for high-pressure situations.
• A passion for innovation and continuous improvement, always looking for new ways to optimize performance.
