Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join our team. The role is fully remote with occasional travel, and involves selling payment products and services to bank customers across Europe. You will be responsible for prospecting new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and working closely with the sales team to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, industry directories, and other sources.
• Customer Research: Research potential clients to create effective sales pitches tailored to their business needs.
• Follow-up & Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through follow-up calls and emails to assess needs and discuss solutions.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with sales executives to share feedback from prospects and help close deals.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects and clients in the company’s CRM system.
• Reporting: Prepare weekly activity reports to track progress and goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Languages: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional European languages (French, German, Greek, Spanish, Arabic) is highly appreciated.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and engage potential clients.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong customer relationships and communicate confidently.
• Self-Motivation: Proactive, disciplined, and results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems and sales tools is an advantage. Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is also beneficial.

• High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated home office setup.
• Own PC and phone equipment (call charges will be reimbursed).
• Availability for weekly team calls and remote interviews.
