Our client, an international multi licensed fintech and brokerage company operating in several jurisdictions, is looking to hire a Global Head of HR.
This role will add strategic value to their constant growth since its critical in coordinating all locations, HR team, procedures and talent retention combined with a commercial HR approach and showcasing top leadership skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals
- Overseeing HR in multiple locations ensuring smooth employee engagement under local laws and regulations.
- Implementing a unified company culture across all locations and ensuring employee alignment with company's identity.
- Creating and promoting the company's Employment Brand ensuring positive outcome and perception from future and prospective employees
- Guiding and implementing leadership growth and planning together with the Company's management further growth for managers and executives.
- Use data analysis to translate HR data and analyse HR measurements
- Assist Senior Management and executives to implement KPIs and appraisals for the group.
- Monitor the recruitment Leads and ensure the hiring process is adequate and effective
- Enhance employee incentives and work towards additional benefit schemes
Experience and skills needed:- 7+ years in HR leadership with proven track record of successful HR management and process implementation.
- Proven experience in culture building, talent management, and employer branding.
- Strong background in strategic workforce planning, leadership development, and talent management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Fluency in English is a must
