Responsibilities:

Assisting with clients with queries related to company law, commercial law, AML/CFT, intellectual property and privacy law.
Assisting clients on regulatory matters.
Keep up to date with changes in the laws and regulations.
Update clients on market and regulatory trends.
Prepare training material and deliver training to clients when necessary.
Assist clients with obligations imposed by local regulatory and supervisory authorities.

Requirements:

Previous experience will be considered an asset, but candidates about to obtain the warrant are also welcomed to apply.
Master of Advocacy.
Excellent command in English.
Able to build strong relationships with clients.
