Your MissionAs a key player, you will design and implement a growth-focused strategy across all marketing channels, prioritizing performance and profitability. This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced marketing leader or a driven professional ready to advance their career.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, Display, Programmatic, Affiliates, Paid/Organic Social Media, and CRM.
- Manage budgets to drive growth while ensuring profitability and a strong ROI.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the Dutch market.
- Create, manage, and optimize acquisition campaigns for sportsbook and casino, with a focus on efficient bonus costs and ROI.
- Collaborate with and manage external agencies specializing in SEO, Programmatic, CRM, and Social Media.
- Cultivate existing partnerships and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Operations, and Data, to enhance the customer journey.
- Ensure compliance with Dutch gambling regulations while promoting socially responsible advertising practices.
Your Profile- A minimum of 5 years in the gambling industry, with a strong track record in customer acquisition, retention, and brand strategy.
- A balance of commercial acumen and analytical expertise, combining data insights with creative marketing approaches.
- Proven ability to manage the entire customer journey, from awareness to advocacy, while being hands-on when necessary.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments, similar to startups.
- Familiarity with the Dutch online gambling market is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Dutch is a strong plus.
- Passionate, collaborative, and an excellent communicator with the ability to build trust and influence across teams and stakeholders.
