The selected candidate will be reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer and will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining compliance program.
Responsibilities:- Stay updated on regulatory changes and assess their impact for the Chief Compliance Officer.
- Monitor and review the Group’s System of Governance and risk carriers.
- Continuously evaluate policies and procedures, recommending improvements.
- Assist in preparing Compliance reports.
- Provide technical support for Sanctions and AML/CFT implementation.
- Develop and deliver Compliance training, ensuring proper completion on the learning management system.
Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years compliance experience.
- A relevant Degree or professional qualification.
- Excellent command in English language.
- Insurance/reinsurance industry experience is preferred.
- Ability to manage a team of compliance professionals.
