Our client an Audit Consulting firm headquartered in Cyprus has been recently experiencing vast growth locally and in the UAE, is looking to hire an IT Auditor to assist with the new projects and clients joining. Their clientele consists of international businesses, local companies, and high-net-worth individuals.
Responsibilities: This job position has the following responsibilities and duties:
- Plan and execute IT audits according to established standards and frameworks, focusing on data security, network infrastructure, and software systems.
- Prepare detailed reports on IT audit findings, presenting complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Work closely with audit and IT management to ensure timely completion of audit projects.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in IT audit standards, technology, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity threats.
- Perform additional duties as necessary to support the audit department.
Requirements: The successful candidate should have the following skills, education, and experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in IT audit, IT internal audit and/ or other related disciplines relevant to the role
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) qualification will be an advantage.
- Knowledge, skills and experience in applying the principles and practices of Information Technology Audit and Information Security
- Knowledge of IT internal control frameworks, professional standards, and leading practices (e.g. COBiT, ISO 27001, ITIL, COSO) will be considered as an advantage.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking
- Fluent in English and Greek (oral and written); Russian or Ukrainian is considered an advantage
