Position Overview

We are looking for a Brand Manager to oversee our client's sweepstakes casino operations. In this role, you will act as the key point of contact between stakeholders, marketing channels, and suppliers, ensuring smooth daily operations while driving growth through strategic partnerships and continuous optimisations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to analyse marketing channel performance and optimise player acquisition and value;
  • Manage affiliate partnerships, including content distribution and landing page management;
  • Expand the marketing network and represent the brand at industry events;
  • Track market trends and help develop the unique brand voice and positioning;
  • Collect and communicate customer feedback to enhance product experience;
  • Work with the CRM team and vendors to implement player retention and reactivation campaigns.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in iGaming, with a focus on operations and marketing. Experience in Sweepstakes Gaming is a plus but not required;
  • Proven ability to analyse marketing data (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and optimize campaigns;
  • Strong experience managing external partnerships;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset, able to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments;
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus but not essential.
