Our client is a dynamic iGaming lead-generation startup focused on the rapidly growing US market. Their mission is to empower online bettors with high-quality content and tools, connecting them to trusted operators.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SEO Content Manager to help scale our client’s flagship asset in the US Sports and Casino market and support its upcoming launch into the UK. In this role, you’ll work closely with the SEO Site Owner to bridge content creation, SEO strategy, and performance optimisation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, content development, and managing freelancers, all while delivering results-driven content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage content calendars;
• Lead and mentor the editorial team, including freelance writers;
• Implement SEO best practices in content creation;
• Train copywriters on SEO guidelines and content standards;
• Perform competitor analysis to uncover new content opportunities;
• Leverage SEO data and reports to refine content strategy;
• Collaborate with the site owner and SEO team to align content with business goals;
• Ensure high-quality, consistent content across all platforms.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of journalism/editorial experience, preferably in iGaming;
• Proven experience managing editorial teams and freelance writers;
• Strong understanding of on-page SEO and content optimisation;
• Advanced proficiency with WordPress;
• Experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms;
• Previous site management experience is a plus;
• Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail;
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
