About The Role:
We are looking for a driven and innovative
CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to join they're dynamic team. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive CRM strategies that cover the entire customer journey - from lead generation and customer acquisition to retention, engagement, and maximising lifetime value across multiple channels. You will collaborate with various brands across diverse markets, constantly learning, adapting, and working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and maintain CRM strategies and automation to drive lead generation, conversions, and lifetime value;
- Plan, execute, and optimise targeted marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.);
- Improve conversions through A/B testing and marketing-focused copy-writing;
- Analyse CRM data to extract actionable insights, monitor campaign performance, and report results to stakeholders;
- Collaborate with internal teams (affiliate operations, product, development) to align strategies;
- Maintain and update CRM flows, ensuring routine quality assurance tasks are performed.
Requirements:- 1+ years of experience in CRM and marketing automation within the iGaming industry;
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM strategies that deliver measurable results;
- Experience with A/B testing and player segmentation techniques;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams;
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing multiple projects;
- Fluency in written and verbal English;
- Proficiency in CRM tools (experience with Customer.io is a plus);
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus;
- Flexible, proactive, and innovative with a strong attention to detail;
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making;
- Passionate about learning and growth, with the ability to adapt to new challenges;
- Creative thinker with excellent copy-writing skills for campaign design and execution.
