Our client, a growing sweepstakes casino start-up, is seeking a detail-oriented
CRM Lead to take full ownership of the customer journey. In this role, you’ll design and execute strategies to drive conversions, boost retention, and maximise lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute CRM schedules and action plans, while tracking and reporting results;
- Implement targeted retention campaigns and promotions across all products;
- Set up and manage emails within the ESP (e.g., SendGrid);
- Drive conversions through A/B testing and marketing-focused copy-writing;
- Create and optimise CRM flows and user journeys to enhance customer engagement;
- Align communication strategies with the CRM marketing plan and KPIs;
- Manage multi-channel campaigns, both short-term and long-term;
- Analyse CRM data to extract actionable insights, track campaign performance, and report to key stakeholders;
- Develop and manage content for various channels (web, email, direct messages, etc.).
Requirements:- 2+ years of CRM experience, preferably in the iGaming industry. Sweepstakes experience is a plus but not required;
- Proficiency with CRM tools (experience with Flows World is a plus) and email service providers like SendGrid;
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail;
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure;
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
